Purchase of Books and Uniform
To facilitate the purchase of your school books and uniform, as well as to meet your form teachers, Christ Church Secondary School will be making arrangements for in-person purchase of the books and uniforms on Wednesday 28 December 2022.
Students will be allocated a specific time slot to purchase their books and uniforms. We seek the understanding of students and parents to only come to the school after being assigned a time slot via Parents Gateway (PG), and to report on time.
If you are unable to make it during your allocated time slot, you may purchase your school books and uniforms after 28 December. Please refer to the School Booklist and Uniform List for the opening hours.
1. SALE OF BOOKS
All purchase of books for 2023 must be done in person at the bookshop. Please refer to your PG notification for the details.
2. SALE OF UNIFORMS
The sizes for the uniforms are indicated below. Please refer to your PG notification for the price list and sizing chart. Please refer to your PG notification for the details.
(a) SCHOOL UNIFORM
Measurements for the unisex shirt/ blouse top
For the pants and skirt waist measurements, measure the area where you usually wear your pants or skirt. For example, if you wear it on your upper hip area, do measure that part. If the measure part is 31”, you can round up and choose size 32”.
The length of the pants and skirt is standard, and alteration of the length is at your own discretion. However, once altered, no exchange is allowed.
b) PHYSICAL EDUCATION (PE) ATTIRE
Measurements for the unisex PE Shorts
For the PE t-shirt, students can purchase their usual t-shirt size.
We encourage students to take the measurements needed and decide on their sizes at home before coming to school.
Subject-Based Banding (SBB) Briefing
N(A) and N(T) students who are eligible for Subject-Based Banding (SBB) will receive a Letter of Offer through Parents Gateway (PG) on 22 December (pm).
Students and parents are invited to attend a Zoom briefing on SBB. However if you are unable to make it for the session, you can view the recorded zoom briefing uploaded on our school website by 27 December (pm).
